Module 05 of 5

Budget Allocator. Every dollar in its best channel.

Cross-channel distribution that moves spend toward what is earning it — with a score behind every shift, and an approval step whenever you want the final word.

The split is wrong between Mondays.

A budget set once a month is a budget that is right once a month.

01

Budget split by habit

Last year's split, carried forward. Nothing in it reflects what each channel returned last month.

02

Best campaign capped by noon

The campaign earning 6× hits its daily cap while a 2× campaign still has budget left to spend by midnight.

03

Nobody has time to rebalance

Reallocation is a Monday job at best. Between Mondays, the split is wrong in a way everyone can see and nobody can fix.

The split, and why it is that split.

Allocation, score and the last move that changed it — on one screen, in one place.

What the module does.

01

Cross-channel distribution

Total budget distributed across channels and campaigns on live performance and diminishing-returns curves, not a fixed percentage split.

02

Channel scoring

Each channel carries a score built from ROAS, CPA, conversion volume and trajectory — so a reallocation can be explained, not just applied.

03

Spend forecasting

Model a budget change and see the projected effect before committing it. Compare scenarios side by side.

04

Reallocation alerts

Every shift is announced with its reasoning and its amount. Approve them, or let them apply and read the log.

Common questions

How do I get access to this feature?

All plans include access to our core modules. Connect your ad accounts in the dashboard and the feature is available. Book a demo if you want a walkthrough.

Does this work with my ad platforms?

Yes for supported live platforms including Google Ads, Meta Ads, Expedia TravelAds, Google Analytics, Microsoft/Bing Ads, and YouTube. Additional OTA or ad network connections are reviewed during demo or custom rollout.

Where can I see pricing?

See our Pricing Intelligence page or the pricing section on the homepage. Plans are based on the number of ad accounts; there are no per-click or hidden fees.

Do I need to install anything?

No. Advertising Systems is a cloud platform. You connect accounts via OAuth in the browser; no desktop install or plugin required.

How long until I see results?

Most customers see meaningful improvements within 30–90 days. The AI starts optimizing soon after you connect; results depend on your starting point and spend.

Can I turn off or limit the AI?

Yes. You can set guardrails, approval workflows, or manual-only mode. You stay in control of how much the system automates.

Does this replace my existing ad accounts?

No. We connect to your existing Google, Meta, and OTA accounts. We optimize and report; your accounts stay where they are.

What if I use an agency or freelancer?

You can add team members and control their access. Agencies often use Advertising Systems to manage multiple client accounts from one place.

Can I evaluate this feature first?

Yes. Book a demo and we can walk through the feature, connected account requirements, and plan fit before you commit.

Where do I get support?

Knowledge Base first, then email support — on every plan, from the same team. Our team can walk you through any feature on this page if the guide does not cover your case.
